President – Hayden O’Neal
There is no BCHL if not for the President, Hayden O'Neal. He does the primary organization and scheduling. He provides a solid foundation for the league, and he is the man with the keys to the Baptist Church aka LBC Arena.

Commissioner / Vice President – Vic Sundar
Vic Sundar is the mastermind behind the 2008 BCHL season. He has taken it on himself to operate the league at a high-quality, professional level. Sundar enjoys his role as commissioner, which is good because he has devoted countless hours to the league. Essentially everything can be credited to this man: statistics, rules, scheduling, formatting, and so on. He has built the present, and sees a bright future for the BCHL.

Treasurer – Arran Baird
Someone is needed to receive all payments from team captains prior to season’s start. The treasurer is responsible for maintaining possession of the league money until further notice (ie- when purchasing decisions must be made).

Equipment Manager – Andrew Gowan
Position for ensuring equipment is put away properly. The equipment manager is also responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient equipment (ie- sticks, masks, pucks etc.) for the league to operate. We must have two masks at all times for the goalies and available chest protectors etc.

Web Designer - Brandon Chancey
He provides the BCHL with the dynamic element of being online. He works hard and enjoys practicing web design for the BCHL.

Events Coordinator – Moe Sahib
Responsible for coordinating events to raise money for the league and/or social functions for players of the league, for example, golf tournaments, pub nights etc.

Head Official – Mark Fallow
Responsible for taking most of the referee assignments for league games. The head referee will be the highest ranking official for each game; thus, his decision is final. Any appeals of the decision made by the Head Official can be disputed with the President/Vice President.

Competition Committee – Pat Dennis, Mark Staples
There will be a competition committee consisting of one player representative from each team. The committee will discuss rule changes in order to reach a final decision on whether or not to change a league rule or adding/subtracting a rule.
